We will replace once, free of charge, nursery stock that fails within 12 calendar* months from the date of the original purchase; providing Kackenhoff planting and care instructions were followed. Just bring in your deceased plant material and original white warranty receipt for a replacement. We will come to your home and replace nursery stock that was planted by Kackenhoff’s. However, our delivery charges apply to replacement nursery stock that is delivered.

*the following plants are under warranty until September of the purchase year – Perennials, Tender Roses, Clematis, Strawberries, Raspberries Water plants, Exotics and non-zone plants, and bare root material. Bring in the deceased plant with proof of purchase for a replacement.
